Our washer broke down Saturday, and we scheduled an appointment this morning for a tech from Sears to come out. Scheduling an 8 a.m. appointment gives you a 4-hour window when the tech might show up.  Our 4 hour window was 8-noon.

At 10:50 I checked to see when I might expect the guy and got this:
