Man, taken all on its own, that's a sad picture.
I don't think the picture is sad at all. I think that the store has a highly disciplined staff as the aisle is very clean and well maintained. Whoever manages this store should be proud.
Actually... I was going to explain the picture but then I deleted everything I wrote. I'm going to let it stand without story.
