One Day Last Week, I Set Out... (A Photo Essay)

... to make a giant-sized replica of Van Gogh's "Starry Night," using chalk, on my driveway.

OK, I never finished, but it sure was fun.

So it's "Pat" now? Also: I'm hoping to BEAT that record.

Michael:

We might have finished, but in between panels 1 and 2 we took a walk, and then rode bikes, and then when I was going to start on panel 3, Mr F wanted to play hosefight, so that was the end of art time and the start of spraying each other with supercold water time.

I've always wanted to do a big chalk drawing like that, but I hate getting the chalk dust all over me.
I guess I'll have to be satisfied with that I used to paint comic book characters on buildings.

Awesome. That's even better!

You're new here! You already knew that! Thanks, though.
