Less than $100,000,000! Holy cow! With costs that low e might start striking folks just for funsies.
No kidding. $100,000,000 is hardly anything in the context of the US budget.
And yet, it could be used for so much more than simply dropping it (in explosive form) on another country in the service of vague goals.
It might actually be better to simply drop $100,000,000 on the country. Nobody would die, and maybe people could afford to leave Syria, then.
