But I had to watch "Home Improvement" on the club's TVs while I ran, which was a bummer. (Project 190, Day 31)

Here's how I know Project 190 is working, no matter WHAT stupid gravity has to say about it.

3 weeks ago, I jogged on the treadmill and did 2.5 miles in just over 30 minutes -- about a 12:00 mile.

Today, I did the treadmill again (it was raining out this morning) and did 2 miles in 20:47.

Today's workout: 2 miles, treadmill, 20:47.
Latest weight: 253.
Today's song that I listened to while jogging because I was kind of in a mellow mood on a rainy Thursday morning:

Music Box Dancer, Frank Mills.

I just started phenterimine to see if drugs will help me control my weight. So far so good, although I haven't hit the treadmill as hard as you.

I'm impressed with your running. I hate running.

I don't have the knees, shins, ankles, or feet, for running. I used to run all the time and I loved it. But I paid the price for it. I can barely walk without experience pain now. Which sucks because it means I don't want to exercise, which of course means that I get fatter, which means it hurts even more to try to exercise. Sigh.
